Kia Ora Y'all
I have decided to start this blog as a recipe book. Why you ask, well, over the past 3 years we have made many meals for our friends here in Princeton, and we are often asked for recipes. Rather than write them out each time, I have realised if I put them all in one place, then everyone can access them. Most are from New Zealand cookbooks, or friends and family, so I will give acknowledgements as I remember. Please don't be offended if I credit someone else with your recipe, or worse, say I made it up myself. A gentle correction will be sufficient.
So, I don't know how many recipes will end up here, or how many of you will want to try them, but I don't really care - it is my blog and I shall blog as I want.

when are we going to see the recipe for Anzac biscuits??
I already have it, so it's no rush, but I hate to see the rest of the world deprived of it.
